26th December,2008, though trial, expert reviews, publicity and other procedures of Zhejiang Province high-tech enterprises identification Office, Zhejiang Science and Technology Department issued the notice of identifying  Hangzhou KeLan Information Technology Co., Ltd. and other 349 companies for the 2008 third group of approved high-tech enterprise

 

Hangzhou PAX Electronic Technology Limited smoothly passed the high- tech enterprises identification and became the third group of Zhejiang recognized high-tech enterprises in 2008, valid 3 years.

 

According to the requirement of 《Administration measures of identifying high-tech enterprise》 jointly issued by Ministry of Finance and State Administration of Taxation，the new requirement highlights the Autonomous Innovation, detailed the specifications of the Standards,achieved the shift from regional policy to the industrial policy, particularly more higher and more difficult requiremnet of the formation of independent intellectual property right and independent innovation capacity of enterprises.
