Measuring and registration
Meter can be programmed through communicating port, allows reverse energy to be added on import energy volume, recorded separately, or simply ignored

Real Time Clock (Optional)
The time clock used by the meter is run from a quartz crystal clocking unit with an accuracy of +/-5ppm at 25°C. This provides exceptional short term management of time.

Flexible Tariff Management
Benefit from an internal RTC, full Time of Use (TOU) function is realized.
A tariff program, season changeover, transition to day light saving period and vice-versa are managed by the RTC which suitable for the most complex metering applications
The meter is able to generate “End of Period” information as defined by the user, usually based around billing dates.
The meter is able to save register information for up to twelve billing periods. This removes the need to visit the meter on a frequent basis.

The tariff management facility is able to support up to four seasons and weekday /weekend tariffication possibilities. It is also possible to define which days are allocated weekend tariffs. In addition the meter also has provision for up to twelve Special Days for which alternative rate switching patterns can be defined. For each of the day types up to eight switching times can be programmed. The days used for weekends can be programmed to allow for local needs. The tariff facility is able to manage changes in time to accommodate Daylight Savings hour changes according to a look up table that can be programmed with up to twenty five years’ of adjustment information.

Communications
Meter is quipped with an IEC  optical port. A user friendly Windows-based software is provided together for  programs or reads all metering data and configuration data.

Anti-tampering feature

• Unidirectional mode: the meter measures the absolute sum of total and export energy
• Indication of reverse energy flow
• Independent seal of the meter body and terminal cover.
• Detect opening of  terminal cover (optional)
