Cost Effective Revenue Metering 
The energy meter is designed to provide cost-effective functionality the meter combines proven metering technology with a reliable electro-mechanical register. The metering system is 2-element for 3 phase 3 wires system and 3-element for 3 phase 4 wire system.
Meter is programmed on the measurement mode at the factory prior to dispatch:

The total energy measurement from the three phases can be optioned in vector consumption or absolute value consumption.
Records import and export energy flow in separate registers, and add the values in both directions as the labeled energy consumption.
